Who are the R&R Group

R & R Electrical Services Ltd was established in 1989, formed by the current Directors, Ray Smith and Richard Franklin. In 1995 the company was acquired by the Bullough group. In 1998 the founder management team bought back the company and has since expanded. The opening of an additional branch on the South Coast, at Poole in Dorset and the acquisition of Lemsford Mill Controls in February 05 has provided substantial growth.

The strength of the company comes from the close working relationship that exists between all employees. This strong team operation has enabled the company to grow from its original four personnel to its present day structure. This, coupled with the experience gained from working with extremely demanding clients, has made R & R an adaptable and responsive company with high regard for quality workmanship, training and Health and Safety.

The staff of R & R have extensive experience in the design, management, supervision and maintenance of electrical services across various sectors including:

	Banking		Ministry of Defence

Typical projects range from £500 to £600,000 with sales of over £7 million per annum.
