Alcohol and Illegal Drugs

Any individual employed by the Company who is found to be partaking in the use of illegal drugs or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol during working hours, shall be considered to be in contravention of their Contract of Services and disciplinary procedure shall be invoked.

The restriction applies to all individuals working on or visiting projects, developments or locations (premises) under the control of the Company.
