Quality Control

From the very first stages of development, through to design and then onto completion, R & R Electrical Services aim and purpose is quality driven. With this in mind, we hold regular monthly team meetings to review current projects, training needs and Health & Safety requirements.

Therefore it is necessary for R & R Electrical Services to ensure that all employees of the Company are made aware of the requirements of this enabling document, since failure to do so may influence their sphere of operations. To pass on this information is a comprise part of each employer and each service providers Contract of Services.

Where required, task-specific safe working procedures will be developed and strengthened, providing a consistent approach to various specialist operations and tasks carried out on behalf of the Company.

This Policy Document refers to all locations under control of the Company, and includes:

 

Static premises, including office and administrative facilities
Construction Projects
Refurbishment/maintenance Projects
Inspection, testing and commissioning

Particular emphasis will be placed on the formal assessment and recording of safety management requirements. These include Permit-to-Work controls at locations where there is public access or direct overlap with areas dedicated to the public. Also included is where utilities provide power adjacent to the location, including emergency services.

The Board of Directors, R &R Electrical Services Ltd encourages and requires contributions from employees of the Company in the on-going development of safety management procedures and controls. To this end, consultation involving the respective Duty Holder at pre-commencement and post-completion will be included within meeting agendas.

In the interests of consistency, we encourage and promote the development of core safety management controls, but with the flexibility to ensure that the unique requirements of each individual project and activity may be formalised to take account of statutory and other elements, which will contribute to a safe working environment.
