The Directors of the R&R Group of companies place a high value on their successful training programme and over the years have seen the fruits of the system with apprentices graduating to electricians and electrical foremen, thus maintaining the high standards of workmanship demanded by the Company and their clients.
Over the past few years, we have formed a successful relationship with Havering Technical College and Bournemouth & Poole College, to whom we send our apprentices. The Colleges not only monitor our students but also keep us up to date on changes to electrical practices and regulations. All apprentices are educated on the Advanced Modern Apprenticeship scheme, a nationally and trade recognised qualification.
Qualified electricians are encouraged and supported in furthering their knowledge and education.
Recently we have also been involved with Krone UK to help develop and expand our Data Services Department. With personnel from the Company being sent to Krone for Data Comms training, we can safely say that our students are some of the best trained in the industry.
As a Company, we work very close with leading suppliers in both the electrical and data comms industries who offer ongoing training for their latest product developments.
